had a weekend full of blast!!!! it couldnt have been any better heheheh!!

since last saturday morning i had no agenda, i went to the parlor to have hot oil services for my hair and a pedicure (this is in preparation for my long overdue night out with the party ppl!! c u all on the 14th!)

in the afternoon del becca and i (with the whole family of del) went to world trade to check out the food expo. it wasnt that much, and there wasnt any chocolate fondue (awww......), but i was able to buy the box of assorted brownies from jammie's that i wanted for quite some time now. i also bought wheat cookies from my goodness (so it was supposed to be healthy). we also tried carabao's milk with chocolate syrup which was really yummy but quite expensive.. of course there were always the free food samples hehhehhehe!

we were done in world trade at around 5pm, so del's parents decided that we eat dinner at emerald garden. we were already in buendia taft when they called del, so we had to go back to roxas. we sort of had an adventure since the road we took was unfamiliar to us but we were able to manage. after a while they called del again because emerald was still closed and would open at 6pm. they decided to go to another restaurant in mabini (i forgot the name), but it was also closed. finally we had dinner at sofah. i didnt eat a lot since we would still be eating after that.

after dinner becca and i bade goodbye to del n des as we rode off to gateway mall to meet alvin and mia so that we could go together to dandan's. it was my first time to go there (so u could just imagine my excitement and perkiness as i was there!) the place was really nice!! and there were lots of restaurants!!! we didnt have much time to go around since mia was already there waiting for us and alvin was supposed to be near the area already. but i insisted that becca and i check out the mandarin oriental cafe. their desserts looked really gooooooooooooooooooood........ and the truffles only cost 25 bucks each (which is really cheap considering it IS mandarin oriental. besides max brenner's praline cost 45 bucks each!), so i indulged myself on a dark chocolate truffle and a bailey's truffle. i liked em both, esp the dark chocolate!!! i definitely have to go back there for another round! after buying the truffles, we met mia at fully booked. incidentally mae was also joining us. after a while alvin arrived. becca suggested we ride a taxi to dandan's since there were 5 of us.

we arrived at dandan's and becca and i had part 2 of our dinner hehehe! ysang also arrived during dinner. then we had karaoke and inuman session. marjo, moe, and myk were also there! we really had so much fun because of the crazy antics of ysang which made us laugh the whole night!!!! we also gossiped the whole night away until the wee hours of the morning! (it was already bright outside!) here are just some of the hightlights of our karaoke/inuman session:

- dandan's perfect score (which made us think that she did some hocus pokus on the magic mic... heheh just kidding!!)
- ysang singing with emotions, and her unbelievably not-so-high scores on her solo numbers (was there really something wrong with the mic? hehehehe) and her funny stories and punchlines!
- mae's "intermission numbers"
- frankie's monotone (heheh peace frankie!!)
- becca's "palitan mo na!"
- alvin's mosh pit
- roz's sleeping!!! (hahahha labshu roz!!!) ah yeah i almost forgot, roz's asking for permission from her mom to sleep over! the was one hell of a phone conversation!

btw, i got an unexpected text message from someone which made me smile hehehheeh =)

the next day frankie dropped mia and i off to glorietta. i was supposed to meet my mom and bro there to have lunch. we arrived there at around 11am. mia and i just walked around. we got stress balls from the booth of sprite ice (we got the last 2 stress balls yipeeeee) we also looked around the bazaar in the activity center. there was jammie's ensaymada (darn!)

my family arrived past 1pm already and we went to bizu to have lunch. we ordered both of their lunch sets for the week, which was baked salmon (for my mom) and beef patty (for my bro). he also ordered bolognese, while i opted for the mixed ravioli. i loved the ravioli because the sauce was really good!!! bizu also gave me a free cake. i chose jolie!!!! it tasted so sinful although it is a sugarless cake!! then we just strolled the mall to kill time because we would be having dinner @ gulliver's in makati ave to celebrate the college graduation of my cousin (btw, she graduated cum laude!!! congrats sab!!!) i ordered veal with marsala sauce (the sauce was really good!) the appetizer was delicious. i also got to taste their beef. it was sooooooo tender!!! my god!!!! the dessert was great too! the ambiance was raelly fit for dates because it was very dark and it had a candelight dinner sort of atmosphere. so much for my diet heheheh!

and yeah, i do hope my wish would come true!!! if not, well, there's always next year hehehehhe
