bacolod rocks!

spent last wkend in bacolod! sbrang bitin!!! ang saya!!! lots of thanks to the javellana family for making us ampon while we're there! sbrang warm and accomodating nla :)

pre-bacolod:
went to andrew's condo to leave our bags. went to pioneer center. picked up dandan at starbux shang at around 2am. went back to condo. took bath. went to airport.

1st day in bacolod:
met with andrew's dad at the airport. bfast at mcdo where they had bibingka and pasta (coolness!). dropped by their house to pick up samurai and the rest of the family (tita yves, tita cathy, matt, genie). went to patag. (the place was sooo nice! ang ganda ng view!) settled down. hiked to the waterfalls. (nice also! altho ang scary nya akyatin! parang extra challenge! at tlgang teamwork kme ha!) went back to the house. had lunch. (centipede, brain, pork chop, shrimp) siesta! dinner. (chicken, chicken skin, soup) inuman and kwentuhan. sleeping time.

2nd day:
went to cadiz. rode bangka to lakawon. (the path to the bangka was like another challenge! buti nlng napractice na namin ang trekking the day b4!) beach! (ang ganda ng beach!!!!!) swimming. lunch (fish, soup, adobo, marang. yumyum!). strolled along the island. picture taking. sand art. (ang kukulit nmain lalo na ni balean!) went back to andrew's home. freshened up. mass. went to saltimbocca pension house. dinner at people's place. (mamma maria's which serves the largest pizza - 30 inches!) coffee and dessert at bob's cafe. (local version of starbux! cheap but super yummy food! can actually be compared to starbux! it has kahlua coffee and baileys mocha frap!) went back to saltimbocca. inuman until 530 am (the 2 boys got drunk and were beaten by dandan hahahah)

3rd day:
went to the lagoon. (theresa and i can't sleep so we just went strolling outside. it was so cool to see the people exercising to the beat with matching instructor in front!) bfast at mcdo. went back to pension house. swam at the pool. (until the caretaker told me proper swimming attire should be worn, meaning no tshirt so i just went back to the room) slept. met with andrew's family. lunch at 21. (yummy la paz batchoy! sea bass! spareribs! lamb! fine dining place but the price was also very cheap! our bill was only 1300+ and that's for 9 ppl already!) went to the lacson mansion ruins and the sugarcane fields. (nice place also!) tried a sugarcane. (yummy!) went to negros showroom to buy pasalubongs. went to the airport.

sulit tlga tong trip na to! hopefully next yr makabalik kme during festival season!
