last thur n fri kmcj stayed over mark's house to do our thesis... nung thur we went to yellow cab to have dinner! we order manhattan meat lovers!!! grabe ang sarap! 9pm n kme nkaalis ng sch tpos pagdating kna mark i was so tired n full that hnd na ako kmain kna mark n nakatulog ako right while watching harry pottr in hbo... (sb s inyo antok ako nung thur e)
nung fri naman kinarir ko ang users manual.. lapit n kme mtpos heheh!!! un lng gnwa ko buong araw! (at kmain ng chichirya.. ung onion rings hehehe)
yesterday naman we had our lamb training! grabe 6pm n kme ntpos! pano jampacked tlga ang activities! pero ok lng kc i met some of the newbies na and got to know them better.. ang saya!!! pero isa lng reklamo ko.. d na ako kakain ng marie na biscuit sa buong buhay ko!!! my goodness! our next training is on march 12.. na sumabay sa ccs pre-con.. heheh
now we're here at frankie's again to do our thesis again... we're supposed to test na the integrated modules.. sna may mangyri hehhhe
walkathon
yesterday morning dalaine and i went to tutuban to look for blouses n slacks. we agreed to meet there @ 10am. So 5 mins b4 10, i went to the parlor to ask for money from my mom. when i got there, my mom wasnt there! i suddenly remembered that she was going someplace! so i had no money =( so i thought to myself that i wud jst look for clothes and go back for them when i already have money. when del and i met up, i told her about my predicament. good thing she brought extra money!!!! so i was able to shop to my heart's content =) i bought 2 slacks and 3 tops, all for less than 1200 pesos! hehehe nothing beats shopping @ tutuban!
after shoppng we ate lunch and headed towards fedex to fill up our application forms. we were able to immediately get an fx to lasalle and a taxi from lasalle to fedex.. un nga lng the fx was reeeeallllly hot!!! as in suffocating hot! kaht sa taxi mdyo mainit dn.. pero un we finally arrived @ fedex b4 1pm. by 1pm we were already in the HR office. the HR personnel was lookng for our resume and unaccomplish app form, but she could not find them. so she js gave us a new app form. it was five pages long, with 1 page as essay and the other one is where we draw a sketch of our residence, which i found really weird.. anyway, it took us an hour (imagine!) to fill out the form!! after that they scheduled us for an interview on monday... and asked us to bring our resume AGAIN... we asked the receptionist where could we get a taxi from there. she said that we would have to cross the road to nayong filipino (and it was 2pm, imagine the scorching heat of the sun!! - brought about by global warming *yes biocom!*) .. lucky for us when we left the building, we saw a taxi. it so happned that someone just got off that taxi! super lucky tlga kme ni del sa transpo yesterday!
when i asked gelsen about his interview in fedex yesterday, apparently fedex did not even remember that they scheduled him for an interview.. more so, they lost his resume! and to think that it was fedex!!! a company where a lot of people trust to bring their packages to the supposed destinations! if they are not organized with smple things such sa resume filing, what does that reflect on their organization in handling the packages of their customers?
anyway, after fedex we went to 168 to look for a bag... so we searched the whole area and found the store, but the bag wasnt there anymore... so we went to our house becase our feet were already aching.. we tried on the clothes that we bought.. mine fitted ok, but del was not happy with one of the slacks she bought so we went back to tutuban and exchanged it for a different pair. incidentally the store where we bought the slacks was owned by my classmate in hs. she was there when we went so we talked and talked and talked! (grabe so much catching up to do!)
when i finally returned home i compiled our report for biocom, which took me the whole nyt. then i fixed my things because we would be stayng over mark's for thur n fri nyt. (damn thesis!) and it was already 1230am when i finished, and i had to wake up at 5am because my cousin (who had a car that i could make sabay to go to school) would pick me up @ around 630am.. so now im in the thesis rum this early in the morning and still very sleepy.... zZzZzZzZz....

this morning we had our walkthru with the testers. ok naman altho may mga screens na nagerror. the testers were so nice. ung isa sa knla super nice nga lang lagi kme pinopo eh 1 yr lng naman tanda namin s knla heehe! mdyo namaos lng ako sa kaksalita at kakaexplain ng modules namin
we had our quiz in litera ok naman cya. we also got the results of our poem that we did..ok ung score hehee =)
nagmeet kmeng sunlife 10 with the testers n ms lissa n sir solomon.. we have a lot ahead of us.. esp for the testers for the next 1 and a half weeks. i hope they will not be so harassed
nkha ko na rn ung mga kulng na recopies ko b4.. nung pmnta ako sa sps swerte ala pila. so dumeretso na ako sa loob. then the girl askd me f ilan ba ung kulng ko dun sa recopy b4.. e d ko na maalala. so she askd for my receipt. wla rn skn.. so she just gave me all the pictures (18 all in all.. e ang kulang ko lng naman mga less than 10). sb nya ok lng daw un bsta claimed na la na cya sagot dun hehe! grabe ang dami ko nang pctres hahaha!! sulit!
oo nga pla, i showed my grad pic to my mom yesterday. sb nya d ko kamkha... mas maganda daw ung sa picture... so... d ko lam f i would be flattered or insulted... hay ewan!
movie marathon
yesterday we went to frankie's again to do our thesis.. nung morning we went to gateau to buy food! i ordered double choco mousse n mango mousse and they were both very yummy!!! sarap dn ng fud kna frankie nung lunch we had roast chicken n mashed potatos n for dinner stroganoff!! hahah pagkain nanaman! gud thng i was able to restrain myself from eating the pza that franco n mark bought form s&r!! cympre ang goal namin thesis tpos puro fud naman ang pnagsasasabi ko! sa thesis naman ok na ung group namin.. kelngn nlng ng polishing n further testng n debugging.. naku marami pa pla un hahaha!!

i finally met the testers. grabe ang sama namin nang-b.i. at nambash kme ng snlyf peeps sa knla!! pero in fairness ang lupet nla panelist nla sa resm dr lloyd n ms tangkeko grabe ang galing!
nung biocom naman bngay n results ng exam namin nung fri. buti nlng nakapasa.. hay slamat sa mga tumulong! (alam nyo n kng cno kyo) kung wla ung tulong na un eh ewan ko n tlga kng san pupulutn grade ko. after that we watched a short clip na halos bumagsak na ulo ko sa sbrang antok (considerng na 15 mins lng ung clip ha!) laugh trip nga eh mas mahaba p ng intro dun sa video kysa sa actual video!
for biocol bnalik n samin ung previous activities namin. ok naman =) nagvideo showng nanaman. this tym about coral reefs. mas interestng ng video and i learned a lot from it (at hnd ako inantok!)
i finally got my grad pics na!!!!!!!!!!!!! saya saya! may sbra pa ngang reprint eh they offered it at a much lower price kya bnli ko na sayang dn naman eh!! haha la lng im so happy! sana naman grumaduate na ako para pwd ko nang ipaskil loud and proud ang grad pic ko d2 sa bahay hahaha!
anyway, have to study for my exam in litera 2m!!!!

grabe ang saya ko 2day! as mentioned in my previous blog, today was my post-valentine's date with eula.. we met at greenbelt powerbooks. when we saw each other, she said that she had somthing for me... kinutuban na ako... when she took something off her powerbooks paper bag, she handed me the pocketbook 'no boyfriend since birth' that ive been lookin for everywhere but was always out of stock!!! she said "happy valentines!" *awwwwwwwww m so touched* *sniff sniff*
ayn and then we went to ceña to have lunch.. we ordered a chicken dish (i still dont believe the superstition.. hehe pasaway tlga) that was sort of like cordon bleu, bbq beef ribs (which was reeeeally tender), and for dessert, lava cake n decadent cake (definitely yummy but sinful... esp to our waistlines!) i also ordered dark mocha chill (hay im going to hell!!! hahaah) all the fud were great!!! we indulged to our hearts' content!! (being it a special occasion as an excuse hehehe!!)
then we strolled around gblt n glorietta muna to burn off excess baggage (grabe it was literally hard to move.. we felt so heavy from everything we ate) then we watched constantine... i found the movie ok, although not something id like to watch again (probably it is because i still have a hangover from the pahntom of the opera)
ayun i went home very tired, but i still managed to finish the buk eula gave me.. it was so cute!! hahah semi-nakakarelate ako dun sa persona (yes litera term!) kya i really enjoyed it!! parang gs2 ko na tuloy blhn ung iba pang cosmo books!

SUN-burn until night
hay wat a day... i started off the day with an exam in fedex... the exam was supposed to be from 8-10... del and i arrvd there before 730.. we waited in the first reception area for until 750.. gud thing we had something to do (which was study for our biocom exam, which was actually a futile effort. ill explain y later) we were asked to go to the HR office to wait. we entered the hr office and as i stepped on the floor, it seemed like it was ready to fall apart anytym!! and then we sat there and waited.. and waited.. and waited some more (the freakin waiting never ends!) even though i was already warned that we would wait for like an hour before we would actually start with the exam, i was still irritated by the fact that we were asked to wait that long. i was wonderin, so is the exam really for 9am and they just gave a buffer for latecomers? so much for a company who values speed and efficiency... dont they trust that their examinees would actually come on time? or is it just a reflection of how the company never really values the importance of being on time.... o well at least the exam was a quickie! it was only good for 20 mins with 4 parts, 1st is synonyms, 2nd is arithmetic, 3rd is numeric sequence, and 4th is verbal reasoning. i wudnt say that i enjoyed the exam.. because i really didnt. added to that was that the examiner didnt really look that friendly and accomodatng, same with the aura he projects (contrary to his department wch is HR). we all passed the exam and were asked to go back to the HR office. when jyue asked a woman on HR on how we could get the application forms that the examiner, she told us that they are already preparing it, ung nga lang mdyo mataray ang pagkakasabi nya (HR pa rn tong babaeng to ah). when the app forms were given to us, it was 5 pages long, with one page where we have to write an essy. so del n i thot of just bringin home d app form. we asked if we could do that, bt they said that we cannot take the forms outside so we just have to return next week to fill out the forms if we want. so imagine we would go on that ragged building again just to fill up the app form. gud thing gelsen will be having his interview on wed, so we could just make sabay (yaks ang conio! d ko kc maicp ang english eh hehe)
we returned to school, ate our lnch, and studied for our biocom exam.. as we were waiting for the bell, we kept on askng the early takers of the exam.. they said that only 2-3% of the exam was taken from the slides, and that it was more of application so it would be useless to study anyway (so now u know y it is futile)... we took the exam. they were right.
the exam was over, i was walking in the 4th floor of gox when my 6150 slipped off my hand! gud thing tried n tested ung phone na un. parang wlang nangyri
i thought my day was going to be more relaxing na since the exams were over... but then again.. i was dead wrong!! we left school to go to sunlife at arounf 220pm. we arrived there mga 300. wthe guard ket us in immediately. when we turned the pc on, the .net already expired. we paged for sir john, he said he'll be coming at about 10-15 mins.. so we waited.. and waited.. and waited some more (time is such a luxury for other people) franco and the others already arrived and still there was no sign of sir john.. so i asked ms diane to call him again. apparentyl sir john forgot that he was about to go to us. when he went down, i told him "sir ur late. and2 pa naman c sir solomon knina pa kyo hinihintay" bwahahahhah that felt so good!!!!!! and then of course since john is there, crazy thigns happen.. like supposedly we are not doing conversion anymore.. but from the turnout of the conversations, ms myrna didnt want to go through with the testing without ALL data form their previous records. so we should do conversion.. while in the process of discussion, of course i kept my pasaway attitude and kept on butting in his conversations and making pahapyaw na hirits... call me rude, i dont care. honestly im not a tcatcless person, but then again i dont give respect to people who dont deserve it ( o and yeah i almost forgot, they bought hotdogs for us.. i didnt eat them.. bka kc singilin ako in the future mahirap na) then we stayed in sunlife ntil 8pm... tpos sabay kami ng master debugger (refer to my previous blog) sa mrt.. ang tagal2 dumating ng tren sbrang pagod n antok nako... ay grabe tlga! it was already enough na 2 exam namin ngyn. nadrain pa ako sbra sa sunlife! leche tlga!
anyway, paguwi ko nkta ko na ung 2 vcd na pnapabili ko sa maid namin! hahah may panonoorn nako bkas ng gabi!!

no chicken for the year of the rooster
up to 2day, ayaw pa rn maginstall ng modem sa pc ko s bhay.. i tried installing the drivers last nyt.. it did successfully, much to my surprise. i excitedly looked for the cable to connect the phone line to the modem and i attached it. afterwards, i tried to connect to the internet to no avail.. i looked at the properties and it said that the modem was not present.. i tried to install the driver again (i think for 4 more times), but nothing happened... =(
yesterday eula treated us to shakeys for a belated bday celebration. i asked david to give me a slice of a pizza and handed him my plate.. when i was about to place the plate on the table, the pizza slided off the plate and fell on my lap!
as i recall all the misfortunes i had for the past few days, im startng to wonder if what mame said was right.. that we should not eat chkn a few days after chinse new year because it would cause you ill luck, but before i heard about that superstition, ive been eatng chickn almost every day!! altho my mom said she never heard of such, i think the ill luck is slowly rubbing on me... i think i got to get myself a lucky charm... wait! my name is charms!! bka naman pwd na un hehee!!

MY Valentine's Day
oo nga i'm single, pero it doesn't mean that my valentine's day is just another ordinary day. in fact, it's the contrary. let me tell u my valentine story..
i had a date so early in the morning. with three of them.. guess hu the lucky guys were... well, they were not actually guys.. they were centipedes!!! i was taking a bath over my friend's house when i saw something creeping out of the rubber thingy that was on the floor. binuhusan ko cya ng tubig, and then ayun it was already out of sight. just when i thought that it was ok, then came popping out two more of them! ayun eh d binuhusan ko nanaman ng 2bg.. at nagmadali na akong maligo.. i spent the whole time lookng down jst to see f there were still more of them... gud thing i saw them agad at hnd ko natapakan.. kung hnd... ewwwwwwww
before leaving my friend's house i called my mom up to tell her that we would be arriving in school at about 1230pm so that she could ask my aunt's driver to pick up my computer. when we arrived in school, the driver wasn;t there yet, so i called up my mom again. turns out she thought that the driver was supposed to leave the house at 1230 pm! so we got into a shouting session, and i just took my cellphone away from my ear. i couldn't wait for him anymore because i had class at 1250, so i just asked them to pick me up at 530 after my class
when del and i were going to our biocol class, something happened to me again. the elevator in strc only serves up to the 3rd floor, so we had to take the stairs to the 4th floor. just when we were going up the stairs, i suddenly tripped. gud thing i was able to hold on to del (if not my face would probably look like valentines from red scars). but the bad thing there was that i dropped my cell and it rolled 2-3 steps... then we arrived at our classroom, and just when i was about to take a seat, i bumped my knee against the table
so hu said that my valentine's day isnt special? it is special.. but i think in a negative way hehehe.. at least it was something different.. altho my misfortunes on valentines day added to the thought on how much i hate that day.. o well, at least i got a laugh out of myself

ayan cge let me start by fri.. i learned something new again! marunong na ako magcommute from lasal to proj 3. dahl sa rels community service. nung papunta nagtaxi kme for lyk mga 1 hour buti nlng d kme nahirapan sa paghanap ng place. tpos nun mga half hour lng kme nagstay dun sa place. papagawa kme ng "GIS" (the person who oriented us defined GIS as a system where some information comes out of a spot in a map when u click it.. CS peeps - u decide). anyway, after nung 30 mins na un eh off we go pabalik sa lasal.. we rode the jeepney.. and it took us more almost an hour and a half.. o db? ubos na half day namin kakatravel lng! buti nlng chikahan ever kme sa jeep. at least i was entertained
fri nyt i watched phantom of the opera.. grabe it was so amazing!!! the sounds, the visuals, the soundtrack, the story, everything! sulit na sulit tlga!! msya ako sa turnout ng story altho naawa ako sa phantom.. he's a victim... na feelng ko hanggang sa kaduluhan ng buhay nya eh malungkot cya =( i really love the duet "all i ask of you".. grabe hnggng ngyn lss pa rn ako ang ganda tlga! *kung cno mang may copy nung song na un penge naman!*
nung sat we went to avilon zoo for our biocol class. ang ganda ng zoo ang laki! nakakapagod nga lng umikot dahl sa init ng araw! nung umaga pa man din pnagdarasal ko na sana hnd umulan dahl nung fri eh masama ang panahon. ayan dininig tlga ang panalangin ko. d lng d umulan, ang tindi pa ng ckat ng araw! nakakaaliw dn kc nagdla c joan ng fajitas (sarap!!), c ralph ng tuna sandwich (sarap dn!), c del ng siomai (sarap ulit!), c becca ng brownies n soft batch(sweets!). kya ayn nagpicnic kme sa COASTER (hehehe kme ang maswerteng section na nkasakay sa coaster at hnd sa bus!) nung lunch. nung una ok kc ang lamig sa coaster. sabay nung nagcng ang drvr at cnabing maglulunch cya eh pnatay ang aircon. bastos tlga *tsk tsk* uminit tuloy. ayn tpos nung pauwi ang ingay pa rn sa bus. kulitan to the max.. at hinotseat namin cna jenny n jameson. hahah masaya nanaman ako dahl may nasagap nanaman akong tsismis!

sunday naman smama ako sa mom ko magbreakfast. nagutom nako dahl ilang hours dn akong natulog... ayun then i went here na kla frankie... ang sasarap ng pagkain d2! at amazng ang lanzones na GMO! we also recorded a new type of scandal (post a comment nlng f u want more details hehehe) actually kakagcng ko lng hehehe nakatulog nanaman kc ako (bsta naman sa proj overnyts ako ang antukin lalo na pag pmatak na 10pm) pero ngyn gcng na gcng na ako. ayun when i came back from the cr knina, aba ang 2 couples (math n froz) na kasama ko d2 eh nagbgayan n ng valentines day gift nla sa isat-isa! howshwit!! pero these are just some of the reasons y i really do not look forward to this time of the year. pano ba naman parang its a constant voice ringing in my head *hoy alone ka! bti pa cla o...* which always makes me wonder bkt nga ba mag-isa pa rn ako... when people ask me "bakt wala kang bf?" or "bkt walang nanliligaw syo?" i wanna scream "malay ko ba eh hnd naman ako ung nanliligaw no!!" but of course, i just shrug my shoulders nlng. people often say na ang valentines day eh d lng naman para sa magpartners sa buhay. pwd naman un na love for freinds n famly.. pero iba pa rn tlga when u see couples everywhere being "couply" with each other.. its really naiseating. dapat mrn na rin singles day.. pero on second thought, wag nlng pla.. bka ang voice na na marinig ko eh "loser! loser! loser!"
anyway, until i retire out of singlehood, i will jst laugh at those who are so mushy (or in my lingo - "bading"), and for me v-day is not valentine's day, but victory day, where i celebrate my freedom!
